1. Sarah ('Sally'), born 1794 Sep 3, died 1812 Nov 12, buried at St Andrew Holborn.

2. Joseph, born and baptised 1796 Feb 22/Aug 15, died 1838 Apr 10 (GM). At Westminster School 1809/11, and admitted to the Middle Temple 1813 May 13, he became a Special Pleader. Author of CHITTY ON CONTRACTS and CHITTY ON PREROGATIVES OF THE CROWN. Of Great Coram Street in 1830. Of Bedford Place and Pump Court, Temple, he was buried at Kensal Green. Administration of his estate, 1838, valued at £3000. He married 1829 Mch 7 at St George Bloomsbury (licence Feb 27) Sarah HARDWICK of Ford, Yorks (dead 1851) who re-married 1841 Sep 8 (GM) Victor de MERIC of Lichtesthal near Baden-Baden, at Southampton - Doctor of Medicine, born 1811/2 in France, who had a second wife Marie by 1851. Joseph and Sarah had issue:

i. Henrietta Sarah, born and baptised 1830 Jun 8/Dec 29 (St George, Bloomsbury), married 1861 Feb 2, St George Hanover Square, Thomas Ramsay Smythe TEMPLE, and had issue.

ii. Elizabeth Mary, born 1834/5 St George Bloomsbury, died 1869, married 1855 Jan 3, St George Hanover Square, Alfred Murray ROBINSON of Shanghai, and had issue.

iii. Josephine Eliza, born 1828 Marylebone, married 1857 Mch 15, St Thomas Cathedral, W.H. BRADLEY, surgeon, 2nd Regt of Cavalry, Hyderabad Contingent.

3. Eliza, born 1798 Jun 23, baptised 1799 Aug 15 St Pancras, living 1842, married 1824 Feb 16 Wilmington (GM) John Walter HULME (1804-61) of the Middle Temple, Chief Justice, Hong-Kong, 1844, and had issue. Involved in HULME v CHITTY. J.W. HULME died at Brighton.

4. Henry, born 1800 Apr 3?8, baptised 1801 Jul 1, died 1834 Jul 13, buried at Kensal Green (GM). Admitted Middle Temple 1821 Feb 19, of Southampton Buildings, Maida Place and Pump Court, conveyancer (1827); administration 1834 Aug 5 to widow. Married 1831 Aug 24 (GM) Holloway or St John, Islington, Jessie or Janet URQUHARD, daughter of W.U, of Brecknock Crescent, and had issue:

i. Harriet Sarah, born 1833 Dec 27, baptised 1834 Jan 29, St Andrew, Holborn.

5. Marianne, born 1801 or 1802 Jan 28, died 1803 Mch 3, buried 5 at St George the Martyr.
